Executive Director, Cherokee Gives Back Foundation
A true social entrepreneur, Scott Steele has been a global force for good for over 20 years – living and working outside the United States to develop opportunities for people in underdeveloped regions of the world. More specifically, he has extensive experience as an executive for nonprofit organizations. Steele is executive director of the Cherokee Gives Back Foundation in Raleigh, North Carolina, and The Milagros Foundation in Midland, Texas. He is also vice president of operations for GoodXchange, a new-age marketing company, and the co-founder of LIfeWORKS, a leadership company focused on creating life skills curricula.
Scott graduated from North Carolina State University and completed his master’s degree in organizational leadership from Azusa Pacific University. He has been married for over 22 years to his wife Jennifer and has two children, Ellie and Perk. Scott currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
