William F. Plunkett
1940 - 2023
The William F. Plunkett Ambassador Program at D2C is a tribute to a cherished friend and steadfast supporter. Known for being a true gentleman with a quick wit, Bill was a loyal confidant and advocate. He deeply believed that faith, family and friendship are the foundation for strong communities and a mission mutually shared by D2C. Throughout his wonderful life, he quietly served all communities of need. It was this generous and selfless spirit that inspired our first Ambassadorship.
