Michael Gaudet serves as a Police Officer within the Newton (MA) Police Department, assigned to the Traffic Bureau as a Crash Investigator. Additionally, he fulfills the role of Grant Manager for the department. Before joining the Newton Police Department, Officer Gaudet worked as a Deputy Sheriff at the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department in Boston. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies, as well as a Master's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Crisis and Emergency Management from Lasell University.
