Born & raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas, my desire for serving others began at a young age. I've been a North Little Rock police officer for twenty five years. My mission is to continue a movement to impact lives through forming relationships & staying committed to those relationships with individuals of all ages & races. I've been recognized locally, nationally & internationally for connecting with inner city youth in impoverished communities. This has been done tirelessly in an effort to bridge the gap by building trust & respect between the community & law enforcement. My motto is, the more time you spend outside of your police car, the bigger difference you'll make! As a police officer, your badge should have a heartbeat, not an ego! Your authority should also be paired with dignity, respect & compassion.
